The group runs six cement plants spread in four countries with a total capacity of about 3.5 Million Tonnes of Cement. M/S TOSHALI CEMENTS PVT LTD. manufacturers of GAJAPATI Brand cements (Symbol of High Strength & longevity) in two plants one in Orissa and the other in Andhra Pradesh.

Orissa Plant

Located at Ampavalli in Koraput district of Orissa about 16km from Sunki in Pottangi Tahsil off NH-43, the plant has a capacity of 2,00,000 MT of cement per annum. GAJAPATI PPC (Pozzolana Portland Cement) and GAJAPATI OPC 53 grades are produced by utilizing the best limestone of Ampavalli mines situated in Eastern Ghats. The plant is slated for expansion upto one million tones per annum.

AP Plant

Located at Bayyavaram in Visakhapatnam District and about 9km from Anakapalli on NH-5, the plant has a capacity of 1,50,000 MT per annum. The plant produces GAJAPATI PSC (Portland Slag Cement) with excellent resistance to Sulphate attack utilizing the high quality slag of Vizag Steel Plant and Quality Clinker from Ampavalli Unit. This unit is having world’s latest technology VRM (Vertical Roller Mill) for cement grinding. This plant also produces and exports Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) as per BS6699-1992. The plant is slated for expansion upto 2,75,000 M.T. per annum.

These two plants are ideally located, to cater the demand from Orissa and North Coastal area of Andhra Pradesh.
